Family gatherings during Covid-19

Today our Muslim friends and patients celebrate Eid . Happy Eid Mubarak to all observing this special day.

Remember:

• To social distance if you must meet.
• Keep your masks on even if with family its the ‘new’ love language during this pandemic especially if you are in South Africa these times.
• Protect elderly relatives with comorbidities by keeping a safe distance , if possible go virtual.
• Meeting friends and family after a long time is not only stress relieving but also cathartic we tend to be talkative and loose our guard. Please maintain a safe distance .
• The spirit of community and sharing with the less privileged is more important now than ever . Scores of people have lost jobs in South Africa and are trying to make ends meet.
• I wish you all Love and Light, we are each other’s keepers. Your actions impact on a lot of people than you realise. Be a responsible citizen.
